Author Guidelines
Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript.
1. Scope & Eligibility
Syaahi Academic Press publishes original, peer-reviewed research in computer science, social science, information technology, and interdisciplinary fields. Submitted works must not be published elsewhere or currently under review at another venue.
2. Manuscript Preparation
- File format: PDF, DOC, or DOCX (max 50MB)
- Language: English (British or American, used consistently)
- Length: Research articles 4,000–8,000 words; reviews up to 12,000; letters/perspectives 1,500–3,000
- Abstract: 150–300 words, structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) for empirical papers
- Keywords: 5–8 terms, comma-separated
- Line spacing: Double-spaced; 12pt Times New Roman or 11pt Arial
- Margins: 2.5 cm all sides
- Page numbers: Bottom centre
3. Structure
Original research articles should follow: Title → Authors & Affiliations → Abstract → Keywords → Introduction → Literature Review → Methodology → Results → Discussion → Conclusion → References → Appendices (if any).
4. Citations & References
We accept APA 7th edition, MLA 9th edition, or IEEE citation styles. Be consistent throughout. Include DOIs where available.
5. Authorship & Ethics
All listed authors must have made a substantial intellectual contribution. Ghost authorship and gift authorship are prohibited. Corresponding author is responsible for ensuring all co-authors approve the final submission. See our Publication Ethics policy for full details.
6. Peer Review
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent expert reviewers. Authors are typically notified within 4–8 weeks. Revision requests must be addressed within 4 weeks.
7. Open Access & Licensing
All published articles are open access under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. Authors retain copyright. There are no article processing charges (APCs) at this time.
